• Kinematics analysis and synthesis for Multi-DOF mechanical system including Forward and Inverse transformation between different domains;
• Cross-coupling analysis for both kinematically open and closed mechanical systems;

In the area of Spiral Bevel and Hypoid gears including:

• Full package for 3D Tooth Contact Analysis;
• Design and development of surface models for different cutting machine to provide a conversion process for machine settings to cut the same product on different machines;
• Package for general purpose CMM to perform "reverse" engineering as well as to obtain the machine setting change required to correct the differences between the "master" gear and the gear under development.
• Design and fabrication of the die (with negative face cone angle) to be used to produce "near net" forging gears.
